RADISSON RED PHUKET PATONG BEACH engaged KP Lighting Center (KP Charoenkit Co., Ltd.) for end-to-end decorative lighting: mockups, light testing, engineering, quality control, and scheduled delivery.
Note: On-site installation by KP was not included (scope limited to design/engineering, manufacturing, QC, and delivery).

ขอบเขตงาน (Scope of Work)

• Pendant Lamp – Cone Shape
  โคมไฟแขวนทรงกรวยแบบ Made-to-Order ปรับโทนแสง/วัสดุให้ตรงคอนเซ็ปต์แบรนด์ พร้อมอัปเกรดความหนาวัสดุ +2 มม. จากสินค้าทั่วไป เพื่อความทนทานระดับโรงแรม
  Made-to-order cone pendants tuned to the brand concept, with +2 mm material thickness over typical market products for hotel-grade durability.

• Pendant Lamp – Cylinder Shape
  โคมไฟแขวนทรงกระบอก งานสั่งผลิตเฉพาะ (Custom) เพื่อให้สัดส่วน ความสูงสาย และโทนสีสอดคล้องกับพื้นที่ใช้สอย
  Custom-made cylinder pendants with tailored proportions, drop height, and finish to suit each space.

• Wall Reading Lamp
  โคมไฟติดผนังอ่านหนังสือ มากกว่า 800 ชิ้น ออกแบบและผลิตตามมาตรฐาน Hospitality เพื่อความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพสม่ำเสมอ
  800+ units of hospitality-grade wall reading lamps designed and produced for safety and consistent quality.

กระบวนการทำงาน (Process)

1. Brief & Sampling – เก็บสเปค/ขึ้นตัวอย่างจริง ทดสอบโทนแสง วัสดุ ผิวสัมผัส
   Requirements & samples: validate light tone, materials, finishes.

2. Engineering – จัดทำแบบวิศวกรรมเพื่อความทนทานและการผลิตซ้ำได้
   Engineering: robust drawings for durability and repeatability.

3. Production & QC – ผลิตตามมาตรฐานโรงแรม พร้อมบันทึกผลทดสอบรายล็อต
   Production & QC: hospitality-grade manufacturing with documented lot tests.

4. Logistics (Delivery Only) – จัดส่งเป็นเฟสตามแผนงานโครงการ
   Logistics (Delivery Only): phased deliveries per site schedule.

ติดตั้งหน้างานดำเนินการโดยทีมของผู้ว่าจ้าง/ผู้รับเหมาหน้างาน
On-site installation handled by the owner’s/contractor’s team.

การรับประกันสินค้า (Warranty)

• โครงสร้างและตัวเรือน: รับประกัน 24 เดือน จากความบกพร่องการผลิต
  Housing & structure: 24 months against manufacturing defects.

• ส่วนไฟฟ้า (ไดรเวอร์/โมดูล LED/สวิตช์): รับประกัน 12 เดือน จากความบกพร่องการผลิต
  Electrical parts (drivers/LED modules/switches): 12 months against manufacturing defects.

• เงื่อนไขหลัก: ใช้งานตามคู่มือ แรงดันไฟมาตรฐาน ติดตั้งโดยช่างผู้มีใบรับรอง ไม่ดัดแปลงสินค้า สภาพแวดล้อมตรงสเปค (Indoor/Outdoor)
  Key conditions: proper use per manual and rated voltage; installation by certified electricians; no modification; environment per spec (indoor/outdoor).

• ไม่ครอบคลุม: การติดตั้งผิดวิธี ไฟกระชาก/ฟ้าผ่า การใช้งานผิดประเภท อุบัติเหตุ การสึกหรอตามปกติ
  Exclusions: improper installation, surge/lightning, misuse, accidents, normal wear.
