BRIGHT PHUKET entrusted KP Lighting Center (KP Charoenkit Co., Ltd.) to deliver a comprehensive interior & exterior lighting package for the condominium project.

Manufactured to the designer’s specifications with scheduled delivery — no on-site installation by KP.

ขอบเขตงาน (Scope of Work)

• Downlight (โคมไฟดาวไลท์) – เลือก CCT/CRI/ลูเมน/มุมกระจายแสงให้เหมาะกับโถงและโถงทางเดิน
  Downlight — Tuned CCT/CRI/lumen output/beam angle for lobbies and corridors.

• Wall Lamp (โคมไฟติดผนัง) – รุ่นภายใน/ภายนอก ดีไซน์สอดคล้องภาพรวมโครงการ
  Wall Lamp — Interior/exterior fixtures aligned with the project’s design language.

• Bollard (โคมไฟสนาม) – ให้แสงทางเดิน/สวน พร้อมควบคุมแสงแยงตา (glare control)
  Bollard — Pathway/landscape lighting with glare control.

• Floodlight / Spike Outdoor (สปอตไลท์ภายนอก) – เน้นแลนด์สเคปและฟาซาดอาคาร

• Step Light (โคมไฟบันได) – เพิ่มความปลอดภัยและไกด์ไลน์การเดินในเวลากลางคืน

• Bollard Pole Light (เสาไฟสนาม) – ลานกิจกรรม/ที่จอดรถ แสงสม่ำเสมอและครอบคลุม

ขอบเขตการติดตั้ง (Installation Scope)

Delivery Only — ไม่มีการติดตั้งหน้างาน
โครงการนี้ครอบคลุม ผลิตตามสเปคผู้ออกแบบ (Spec-True Manufacturing), ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (QC), และ ส่งมอบโคมไฟตามแผนงาน โดย ไม่รวมการติดตั้งหน้างาน ซึ่งดำเนินการโดยผู้ว่าจ้าง/ผู้รับเหมาของโครงการ
Delivery Only — No On-Site Installation.
Our scope covers spec-true manufacturing to the designer’s requirements, quality control, and scheduled delivery of luminaires. On-site installation is excluded and handled by the owner’s/contractor’s team.

กระบวนการทำงาน (Process)

1. Survey & Sampling – สำรวจเงื่อนไขหน้างาน จัดทำตัวอย่างเพื่อทดสอบจริง
   Requirement capture and on-site validation with samples.

2. Engineering & Spec Matching – ปรับแบบวิศวกรรมให้ผลิตซ้ำได้ แข็งแรง คุ้มค่า
   Buildable, durable, value-engineered specifications.

3. Production & QC – ควบคุมคุณภาพรายล็อต พร้อมเอกสารผลทดสอบ
   Lot-by-lot quality control with supporting test documents.

4. Logistics & Handover – จัดส่งแบบเป็นเฟสตามแผนงานโครงการ
   Phased deliveries aligned to the site program.

การรับประกันสินค้า (Warranty)

• โครงสร้างและตัวเรือน: รับประกัน 24 เดือน จากความบกพร่องการผลิต
  Housing & structure: 24 months against manufacturing defects.

• ส่วนไฟฟ้า (ไดรเวอร์/โมดูล LED/สวิตช์): รับประกัน 12 เดือน จากความบกพร่องการผลิต
  Electrical parts (drivers/LED modules/switches): 12 months against manufacturing defects.

• เงื่อนไขหลัก: ใช้งานตามคู่มือและแรงดันไฟมาตรฐาน, ติดตั้งโดยช่างที่มีใบรับรอง, ไม่ดัดแปลงสินค้า, ใช้ตามสภาพแวดล้อมที่ระบุ (Indoor/Outdoor, ระดับ IP/การป้องกันการกัดกร่อน)
  Key conditions: proper use per manual and rated voltage; installation by certified electricians; no modification; use per specified environment (indoor/outdoor, IP rating/corrosion protection).

• ไม่ครอบคลุม: การติดตั้งผิดวิธี, ไฟกระชาก/ฟ้าผ่า, การใช้งานผิดประเภท, อุบัติเหตุ, การสึกหรอตามปกติ
  Exclusions: improper installation, surge/lightning, misuse, accidents, normal wear.
